KoiCuan Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the person accessing the service and KoiCuan. They apply to the KoiCuan website, player account, sportsbook, live casino, slot games, promotions, payment functions and related customer support services.

By registering, depositing, placing a bet or otherwise using KoiCuan, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using KoiCuan. The Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling policy and any promotion-specific rules form part of this agreement.

2. Definitions

In these terms, “account” means the individual player profile registered with KoiCuan; “player”, “you” or “your” means the registered account holder; “services” means the gaming, betting, payment and support facilities made available by KoiCuan; and “bonus funds” means promotional value subject to separate wagering or eligibility requirements.

References to RM or MYR mean Malaysian Ringgit. References to a game include slots, live dealer games, table games, instant games and any other product offered through KoiCuan. A sports bet includes pre-match and live markets for events such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL football, UFC and other available competitions.

3. Account Eligibility

You may register with KoiCuan only if you are at least 21 years old, possess legal capacity to enter a contract and are permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you. KoiCuan does not represent that online gambling is lawful in every location.

Malaysian users are personally responsible for understanding and complying with local laws. Access to KoiCuan does not amount to a statement that the service is licensed or regulated by the Malaysian Government. You must not use KoiCuan while located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

4. Registration, Account Accuracy and Security

A player may create and operate only one KoiCuan account unless prior written approval is provided by KoiCuan. Registration information must be complete, accurate and current. Your registered name must match the name appearing on your identity and payment documents.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device access and authentication details. You must not share or sell a KoiCuan account, permit another person to gamble through it, or access another player's account. Notify KoiCuan support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Activity completed using correct login credentials may be treated as authorised until KoiCuan receives and processes a security report. KoiCuan may temporarily restrict an account while investigating unusual logins, payment changes, multiple registrations or other security concerns.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

KoiCuan may support Malaysian payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank and Hong Leong. Actual availability, transaction limits and processing times are shown within the KoiCuan cashier and may change according to provider availability.

Deposits must come from a lawful source and from a payment account controlled by the KoiCuan account holder. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. KoiCuan is not a bank, and player balances do not earn interest. You must review the recipient details, amount and currency before confirming a transaction.

KoiCuan may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, request source-of-funds information or decline a transaction for security, compliance or fraud-prevention reasons. Charges applied by a bank, e-wallet, card network or currency provider remain the player's responsibility.

6. Betting, Games and Settlement

You are responsible for checking the stake, selection, odds and potential return before confirming a wager. Once accepted by KoiCuan, a bet is generally final and cannot be altered or cancelled at the player's request. A wager is valid only when it appears in the KoiCuan account history with an accepted status.

Sports markets are settled using the official result or recognised data source selected by KoiCuan. Specific rules may apply to abandoned matches, postponed fixtures, dead heats, player withdrawals, extra time and in-play delays. Displayed live football information may be delayed and should not be treated as a broadcast or guaranteed real-time record.

Casino results are determined by the relevant game system, Random Number Generator or live table procedure. If a genuine technical fault causes an incorrect result, payout or account credit, KoiCuan may correct the error and restore the account to the position that would have applied without the fault.

7. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

KoiCuan may offer welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards or other promotions. Each offer is governed by its published eligibility period, qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, game contribution, minimum odds, expiry date and maximum withdrawal conditions.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn immediately. Players must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before bonus-related winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Certain games, low-risk betting patterns or opposite-outcome wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

Promotions are limited to one person, household, payment method, device or shared network where stated. KoiCuan may withhold a bonus and associated winnings when reasonable evidence indicates duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, bonus abuse, manipulation or an attempt to obtain a benefit contrary to the offer rules.

8. Withdrawals and Identity Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to available balance, completed wagering requirements, account status, transaction limits and successful KYC verification. KoiCuan may require a valid MyKad or passport, proof of address, a selfie or other reasonable evidence needed to confirm identity, age, payment ownership and source of funds.

Documents must be genuine, current and clearly readable. KoiCuan may pause a withdrawal while verification is incomplete or while unusual account activity is investigated. Wherever practical, a withdrawal should be returned to a payment method held in the player's name.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. E-wallet or DuitNow payments may be completed faster than standard bank transfers, while FPX or bank processing may depend on provider systems and operating periods. KoiCuan is not responsible for delays caused solely by a bank, e-wallet operator, telecommunications outage or incorrect recipient details supplied by the player.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use KoiCuan to engage in or facilitate:

• fraud, money laundering, unlawful financing or transactions involving illegal funds;
• collusion, syndicate play, match manipulation or misuse of confidential sporting information;
• automated betting, bots, scripts, scraping or interference with KoiCuan systems;
• exploitation of software faults, delayed data, incorrect odds or obvious pricing errors;
• payment disputes or chargebacks made dishonestly after funds have been used;
• harassment, threats or abusive conduct towards KoiCuan staff or other users; or
• attempts to bypass KYC checks, responsible gambling controls or account restrictions.

KoiCuan may investigate suspected misconduct, retain relevant records, restrict transactions, void affected bets or close an account where permitted by applicable rules. Legitimate undisputed funds will be handled according to the outcome of the review and any lawful obligations applying to KoiCuan.

10. Responsible Gambling

KoiCuan provides gambling for entertainment and does not guarantee profit. You should set a budget before playing, avoid gambling with money needed for rent, food, education or debt repayment, and never increase stakes solely to recover a previous loss.

Account controls may include deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders and self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request may prevent account access and promotional communications for the selected period. Players should not attempt to bypass a KoiCuan exclusion by creating another account.

11. Service Availability and Technical Issues

KoiCuan aims to maintain stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or universally available service. Maintenance, provider outages, internet instability, device compatibility, power interruptions or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access.

KoiCuan may suspend a game, market, payment option or feature for maintenance, integrity, security or compliance reasons. Where a service interruption affects an accepted wager, KoiCuan will apply the relevant game or betting rule and review available system records.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KoiCuan is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, inability to access the service, a third-party payment failure, telecommunications disruption, device malfunction or reliance on non-guaranteed statistics.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for personal gambling decisions, the security of your device and credentials, and compliance with the laws applying in your location.

13. Privacy, Records and Communications

Operational notices concerning security, verification, transactions or material changes may be sent using the contact details registered to your KoiCuan account. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate and checking relevant account messages.

14. Suspension, Account Closure and Dormancy

You may request account closure through KoiCuan support. Before closure is completed, pending bets, withdrawal reviews, verification requirements and lawful account adjustments may need to be resolved. A closure request made for gambling control reasons should be identified as a self-exclusion request.

KoiCuan may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed identity verification, prohibited conduct, legal restrictions, security concerns or prolonged inactivity. Where permitted, KoiCuan will provide reasonable information about the action and arrange the treatment of legitimate remaining funds.

15. Amendments, Severability and Contact

KoiCuan may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, technical, security, payment or operational changes. Material revisions will take effect from the stated effective date. Continued use of KoiCuan after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay by KoiCuan in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
